- Original Charges: Original delivery charges paid at the time of your order are non-refundable.

- Wood Restoration: For our wooden products, we offer a unique service where we can replace or repair any broken piece, provided that all broken fragments are returned to us.

Photograph the external/internal packaging, SKU labels, and the product.
Send these images with a description to our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery.
