طلبات الأفراد والمنازل (B2C)

المنتجات المتوفرة: إذا كان المنتج متاحاً في مخزوننا، يتم شحنه وتوصيله إليكم خلال أسبوع واحد من تأكيد الطلب.

المنتجات غير المتوفرة: في حال نفاد الكمية، يرجى التواصل مع فريق خدمة العملاء لدينا لمساعدتكم في معرفة موعد التوفر القادم أو البدائل المتاحة.

طلبات الفنادق، الشركات، والمشاريع (B2B)

يتم التعامل مع طلبات المشاريع الكبرى على أساس "التصنيع حسب الطلب"  لضمان تلبية واصفاتكم الخاصة. تتراوح فترة الإنتاج والتجهيز لهذه الطلبات ما بين 4 إلى 6 أسابيع، حسب حجم الطلب وتفاصيله

Shipment Policy

To ensure we provide the best possible service, our delivery timelines vary depending on the order type and customer category:

1. Individual and Home Orders (B2C):

In-Stock Products: If the item is available in our inventory, it will be shipped and delivered within one week of order confirmation.

Out-of-Stock Products: If an item is currently out of stock, please contact our customer service team. They will assist you with information on the next availability date or suggest suitable alternatives.

2. Hotel, Corporate, and Project Orders (B2B):

Large project orders are processed on a "Made-to-Order" basis to ensure they meet your specific requirements and specifications.

The production and preparation lead time for these orders typically ranges from 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the order.
